Here, a couple of creative Chefs built a unique marina-themed
GINGERBREAD VILLAGE for a Christmas display using our full size template drawings and a lot of talent and imagination.

The main building and boathouse was built from "The Timbers"
(30101) set of drawings; the fish house & seafood market to the right
from "The Seaside Cottage" set (30295). Now for the BEST part - the entire scene is EDIBLE....

Of course all walls are gingerbread, the tin roofs on the market
were made from rolled fondant. The roofs on the main building were
"shingled" with 200 sticks of chewing gum. Entry columns are pretzels.
The docks are KIT KAT bars, and the water is piping gel. The boats
are gingerbread painted with colored white chocolate. Rock jetties
and boulders in the water are chocolate, and windows for buildings
were made from sheet gelatin. Snow is powdered sugar.

This will not be available as a kit anytime soon; we just thought
that you would enjoy seeing it.
